Pricing
- All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- All prices displayed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). However, prices displayed in respect of a particular product are not inclusive of shipping charges.
Product Colours
We have made every effort to display the products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. However, as the accuracy of the actual image you see will depend on your monitor / computer system, we cannot guarantee that your computer system’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Sizes
Sizing for all products sold on the Website are in accordance with the size chart / size guide displayed on the Website in respect of each product. We also provide a “Made to Order” option for all products, allowing you to provide your specific measurements / sizing at the time of placing an order.
Orders and Cancellation of Orders
Once you have placed an order for a product on the Website, you will receive an email confirmation of the same on the email address provided by you at the time of registration on the Website and / or placing such order on the Website.
Returns
Once sold, products purchased from Shahmeen Husain on the Website may not be returned by the User or any other person, for any reason whatsoever. You agree and accept that, since the products sold on the Website are made-to-order, all sales are deemed to be final, once the permitted period for cancellation has expired. However, if you have received a defective product, you may inform us of the same by writing to us at info@shahmeenhusain.com within 48 hours of delivery, and providing the relevant details, along with photographs evidencing the defect(s). In such a case, where such defect(s) has / have been found to exist due to errors at our end, we will endeavour to replace the defective product with a new product. Where it is not possible to replace such defective product(s), you will receive a refund of the amount(s) paid within a period of 5-8 business days.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, copyrights, and photographs displayed on the Website, are the property of Shahmeen Husain. Any unauthorised use of such intellectual property is prohibited, except with the express written permission of Shahmeen Husain, and such unauthorised use may attract civil and / or criminal liability under applicable law.
Assignment
You may not assign any of your rights and obligations this Terms of Use without the prior written consent of Shahmeen Husain.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are to be construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Use arise, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, India.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms of Use. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms of Use to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorised representatives.
Severability
If any of these Terms of Use, conditions or provisions contained in these terms and conditions are determined by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision shall to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms of Use, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shahmeen Husain ships Worldwide. For International Orders, we charge INR Rs. 3500 on the total during checkout.
